Phew its freakin' hot outside. I just came back from my fittings at Yvoone Creative. Tanjong Pagar Rd is a real mess. You know its funny how their shops don't go down in running numbers. I alight at shop no.70 and i thought if i walk abit down/up it would be no.75 guess what? the next shop happens to be no.76. URG.. WHY DA HELL IS NO.75 MISSING?! I search high and low and at one point, i just stood in the midst of the street. DAMN! I'M OFFICIALLY LOST AND CLUELESS!
THEN, realise its at the end of the street. Weird eh?
Then i had to wait til yvoone comes coz i think the assistant didn't know what to do. And after she came i was given a blue dress to try it on. Amazingly it fits me. Depressing coz i've been to couple of bridal shows and they ALWAYS alter the waist for me, coz their dresses usually comes in a size larger. AND it makes me wonder if i've gained weight or what coz this blue evening gown fits me perfectly. Abit loose at the waist but i guess thats ok, coz i don't want it to BREAK! when i sit down. bwahahaha.
I would take a picture of my dress *AND ONLY MY DRESS* on the finals and post it up here. Okay, its blue and bustier style, coz i have a preference for bustier (more cleavage too :P).. it just makes me look nicer and shows my shoulders :). the first look i didn't really like it, coz of the colour. I've worn blue gown only once, at the Wedding Marriage show i remember. And hmm though they say the colour look good on me, i still didn't really like it. So naturally when she showed me what i'm gonna wear for the finals, i didn't want to be rude, but i really didn't like the colour. Shitz, they gonna put black make up for me. I'M SURE! geez. Anyways then later i guess seeing the displease on my face, the lady who helped me with the dress switched on the spotlight and VIOLA! IT LOOKS AMAZING! the beads at the side of my dress sparkles and there's just a glow to it. So yea... I'm gonna stick to it, coz whatever how the dress is, its the wearer thats gonna make it fabulous. :) A little too comforting eh?.... nevermind...
CONGRATZ TO JANE! who got called up by the Yomeishu advert she auditioned 6 mths back! :) Happy for her, coz i think with abit of polishing, she would look great on tv. Just need to be confident eh... Hope she gets in this time... Though i should think competition is tough considering its an advert on tv? But since she got called up, i think the person should've seen the raw diamonds inside her eh? Kanbatte ne!
I'm meeting her for party tomorrow! Hope its gonna be fun!
